Fidelity - Plynk Investment App

Role: Senior Copywriter

As part of the Sapient team, I was the sole copywriter on a brand new Fidelity app called Plynk targeted at new investors. I collaborated with several UX designers to create an experience that was friendly, easy to use and most importantly, easy to understand.

In writing the copy, I ensured that the language was straightforward and avoided any jargon that might trip up a new user. However, I would take opportunities to educate along the way so they would soon become comfortable with new terminology which would be helpful to making smart investment decisions. I also wrote a questionnaire that generates investment suggestions based on their area of interest.


Writing for this app was a very rewarding experience as I feel we are really helping people dip their toes into investing and hopefully build toward a more rewarding financial future.
